      100%

      Steps:

       

      Prepare a proxy server

      Create cluster with proxy (I used RHCS (terraform provider )
      proxy=

      { http_proxy="http://149.10.100.10:13128" https_proxy="http://149.10.100.10:13128" no_proxy="quay.com" }

      Once cluster is Ready, check the OCM UI
      Actual result:

      The warning with inflight check is shown - (bug -https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCM-4162)

      The Cluster is in installing state

       

      Expected result:

      The cluster is in ready state
