After launching Cluster autoscaler (CA), we have realised there is a case we hadn't contemplated.

Existing clusters that enabled MP autoscaling, have by default CA enabled, just it's not the same CA that after the release. 

Because of this, the UI cannot identify when the CA is OFF correctly, and gives false positives.

This confuses users, as they think their clusters won't scale. 

We should remove the warning after this conversation
