Add K8s Test Page to HAC-Core

      While we work out the internal bits to mount Plugins on top of HAC-Core, we should have a page that allows for manual verification of the K8s API, using the available token in the cookies from Chrome.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Add the `dynamic-plugin-sdk.ts` file that was given to HAC-Dev (file)
      • Mount the K8sTest component used to test the sdk file (gist)
