Description of the issue:
**
The version values are not been reset according to the subscription type set in billing model step from OSD wizard. Ex: User has initially chosen "On-Demand: Flexible usage billed through Google Cloud marketplace" and the version values on wizard step shown as expected. But if user choose any other subscription type in next OSD creation, then the wizard still shows only google cloud marketplace supported version. This is wrong behavior.

Steps to reproduce:
- Open OCM UI staging.
- Launch OSD wizard and select subscription type as "On-Demand: Flexible usage billed through Google Cloud marketplace" from billing model.
- Click "Next" button and fill all required values in each step and reach to cluster Settings > details step.
- Review the version values.
- Click "Cancel" button and leave the wizard.
- Launch the wizard again and choose subscription type other than google cloud marketplace billing (ex:Annual: Fixed capacity subscription from Red Hat)
- Repeat step 3 &4.
Actual results:
The version values from wizard are not reset according to the subscription type selected by user.
Expected results:
The version values should be reset according to the subscription type selected by user from OSD wizard
