Steps to Reproduce

Launch staging environment
Navigate to Hypershift ROSA cluster creation wizard
Select the version details as 4.13.11 and the region as us-west-2
Provide valid details and submit the details

Expected Result

The cluster should be installed successfully and there should not be any day 2 operations shown for ROSA hypershift cluster

Actual Result

The cluster installs successfully but the day 2 operations are visible to the user.
The edit application ingress and edit cluster ingress buttons are disabled.
