Description  of the issue:
The OSD GCP marketplace cluster has shown the Subscription type as "Standard". This is wrong definition and expected subscription type for marketplace cluster is "On-Demand (hourly)".

Note: It is working as expected for OSD Redhat marketplace clusters

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging.
2. Create a OSD GCP marketplace cluster( billing model should be "On-Demand: Flexible usage billed through Google Cloud marketplace")
3. Open OSD GCP marketplace cluster.
4. Review the Subscription type definition.

Actual results:

The Subscription type definition for OSD GCP marketplace cluster is "Standard" and which is wrong in this case.

Expected results:

Subscription type for marketplace cluster should be  "On-Demand (hourly)".
