Cluster Autoscaler feature is not supported in ROSA Hypershift cluster. It is also irrelevant to show the "Cluster autoscaler editor" role under Grant role dialog under OCM Roles and access section of HCP cluster. We need to remove or hide the role being created or selected by the user in HCP.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging.
2. Create ROSA Hypershift cluster.
3. Go to "Access control" > "OCM Roles and access".
4. Click on "Grant role" button.
5. See the list of OCM roles under roles field.

Actual results:

Unsupported "Cluster autoscaler editor" role under Grant role dialog shown for HCP cluster.
