Description of problem:
The "Load balancer type" references are wrongly shown under "Edit application ingress" dialog(as part of day 2 operation screen in networking tab) for an OSD GCP  cluster wrongly. Remove unsupported option for OSD GCP cluster to avoid any confusions.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch OCM UI staging
2. Open an OSD CCS GCP cluster.
3. Go to Networking tab.
4. Click on "Edit application ingress" button.
5. See the layouts

Actual results:
"Load balancer type" option is enabled and shown under "Edit application ingress" dialog for an OSD GCP cluster. This is wrong and we should remove those references.

Expected results:

Do not show any "Load balancer" references from "Edit application ingress" dialog for an OSD CCS GCP cluster. As the feature not at all supported or valid for GCP clusters.
