[ROSA][non-STS] Day 2 Edit application ingress button fails to update for valid inputs in a 4.14 cluster

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1) Launch a non-sts ROSA 4.14 cluster using the CLI command.
      2) Once the cluster is ready, navigate to the Networking tab
      3) Click on edit application ingress button

      Expected Result
      The edit application ingress button should be enabled and the user should be able to update the fields.

      Actual Result
      The edit application ingress button fails to update for any valid responses entered by the user for the text fields. It also fails to update the load balancer type and default router type. The same error message is shown for all the fields. Attached a screen recording for reference.
