Description of problem:
Created a OSD AWS (non CCS) cluster, the machine pool contains the default name as worker. User has created a new machine pool for the same cluster with a node count 4. After successful creation of new machine pool, tried to delete the default worker machine pool but the context menu "delete" is disabled and unable to delete the default worker node.
See the recordings - WorkerMachinePoolNonCCSAWSUnableToDelete.mp4![]()
How reproducible:
always
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open OCM UI staging.
- Open/Install OSD AWS (non CCS) cluster and go to machine pool tab.
- Create a new machine pool with name "mp1" with node count 4.
- Select "worker" machine pool and try to delete it.
- See the behavior.
Actual results:
The "delete" context menu disabled for default worker machine pool from UI. This is wrong behavior as there is additional machine pool with node count 4 .
Expected results:
The "delete" context menu should be enabled for default worker machine pool from UI in this case as cluster contains additional machine pool with node count 4.
