Steps to Reproduce:
1) Launch a non-sts ROSA 4.13.9 cluster using CLI commands
2) Once the cluster is ready, navigate to the Networking tab
3) Click on edit application ingress button
4) Select the checkbox Make router private and click on the Save button.
Actual Result
A meaningful error message should be shown to the user.
For all the fields the user tries to edit, the standard error message shown to the user is "CLUSTERS-MGMT-400: Can't update route selectors to default ingress 'y7f8' in cluster '25ukphne0rld6d6rdv99vki53m7c6fob'. For more information on how to be supported please check: https://access.redhat.com/node/7028653
Operation ID: aba69eaa-504b-41e7-9a9e-3d4937e70144".
NOTE: If the edit application ingress feature is not enabled for 4.13.z clusters then the Edit application button should be disabled.
If it is not enabled at least, a valid error message should be shown stating which fields are supported and which are not. The current message shown to the user is not meaningful.
