      Description of problem:

      Autoscaler balancing behavior,  maxPodGracePeriod, logVerbosity, skipNodesWithLocalStorage which are not relevant to balance behavior are shown.

      How reproducible:
      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open OCM UI staging.
      2. Open ROSA cluster 
      3. Go to machine pool tab and click "Edit cluster autoscaling"

      Actual results:

      For balancing behavior,  maxPodGracePeriod, logVerbosity, skipNodesWithLocalStorage which are not relevant to balance are shown.

      Expected results:

      Label the main section as "General Settings" or something alike
