Steps to reproduce:

1) Create a ROSA cluster using the CLI in interactive mode
2) Ensure the flags for --default-ingress-excluded-namespaces stage --default-ingress-route-selector baz=quux --default-ingress-namespace-ownership-policy inter-namespace --default-ingress-wildcard-policy WildcardsDisallowed are provided during the cluster creation.
3) Once the cluster is created and in Ready state, edit the application ingress by clicking on the edit application ingress button and make some changes to the fields
4) Navigate to the Cluster history tab in the UI and observe the results

Expected Result

The changed values should be recorded in cluster history.

Actual Result
The changed values are not being recorded in cluster history for application ingress fields.
