      Acceptance Criteria

      • Move the work done in HAC-5 (PoC) over
        • console-mount package & the direct package dependencies: console-dynamic-plugin-sdk & console-plugin-sdk
        • Address the gap in TypeScript and needed dependencies
      • Render the content area (ignoring the navigation at this time)
        • Make sure the hooks and reducers can mount and plugins in general are loaded
