      Description of problem:
After creation of ROSA Classic or OSD cluster with default settings from wizard, additional worker machine pool along with default machine pool has been created and shown in OCM UI. This is wrong behavior and suspecting due to the side effect of the changes HAC-3752

      How reproducible:
      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open OCM UI staging.
      2. Create/install  ROSA Classic /OSD cluster with default settings in wizard.
      3. Once installation succeeded, Open the cluster.
      4. Go to machine pools tab and view the machine pools.

      Actual results:
After creation of the ROSA Classic /OSD cluster with default settings from wizard, a wrong machine pool node named with "Worker" has been added to the cluster along with default machine pool node. This is wrong.

      Expected results:
Only one machine pool named "default" should be added to the cluster with specified node count/availability as per wizard definition.
