Acceptance criteria

Confirm with UX whether it would use generic Pipeline Run list or something separate.

1.  Use WIP document for reference -> https://docs.google.com/document/d/11IaDJ3GL1eNTHo5ULLczJgoaCnkDK74JWmNfuWCfziQ
2.  Create a pipeline run tab for snapshot
3.  It should contain both Build and Test pipeline run list
4.  Use the generic pipeline run list which is used in the activity tab
5.  Should have filter and sorting functionalities for Test/Build type pipelines

Pipeline type = build/test can be obtained from label of pipeline

pipelines.appstudio.openshift.io/type: "build/test"

Snapshot can be matched with Pipeline annotation

appstudio.openshift.io/snapshot: "my-app-xz"
