Description of problem:

User tried to add a new machine pool to an existing ROSA Hypershift /ROSA/OSD cluster. The "Add machine pool" button shown as disabled from "add machine pool" popup even after providing all required values. This blocks the user from creating new machine pools via UI.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch OCM UI staging.
2. Open a ROSA Hypershift/ROSA/OSD cluster.
3. Go to machine pool tab.
4. Click on "Add machine pool" button.
5. Fill all required values from the popup and see the behavior of "Add machine pool" button.
6. Try to create a machine pool for the cluster.

Actual results:

The "Add machine pool" button shown as disabled from "add machine pool" popup even after providing all required values. This blocks the user from creating new machine pools via UI.

Expected results:
The "Add machine pool" button should be enabled  from "add machine pool" popup once all required values are filled.
