Acceptance criteria

1. Use WIP document for reference ->  https://docs.google.com/document/d/11IaDJ3GL1eNTHo5ULLczJgoaCnkDK74JWmNfuWCfziQ
2. Create a route in remote plugin
3. Create a details page for Snapshot and set route for the same.
4. Create the overview and Header section as per the document
5. Create entry point in Deployments for snapshot details.
6. It should carry a component list table with basic details present in Snapshot CR itself and link the component to its details page

Snapshot name can be obtained from `SnapshotEnvironmentBinding.specs`
