Description of the problem

If a user has multiple AWS account ids some of which are older ones and if the user tries to do a search, the older account ids should be displayed at the bottom of the search results.

Steps to Reproduce

• Launch staging environment
• Navigate to Hypershift ROSA/ ROSA wizard
• On the account and roles window, click the Associate AWS infrastructure dropdown
• Search for your desired account number

Expected Result
Most recent account id's should show up at the top of the search filter

Actual Result
AWS account ids corresponding to older accounts (for example the account id's whose length is less than 12) are displayed at the top of the search result. Ideally, they should be seen at the bottom.
