      Description of the issue
Validations should be in place to ensure that the user does not enter improper input values in the AWS infrastructure account filter.

      Steps to Reproduce :

      • Launch OCM UI staging and navigate to Hypershift/ ROSA cluster creation wizard
      • Click the "Associated AWS infrastructure" drop-down
      • Input a special character in the search filter i.e. "#654" and observe the results.

      Expected Result:
The search filter should not display any results and throw an error saying that "Please enter only numbers".

      Actual Result
The search filter does not show any error and highlights a couple of AWS account IDs.
