Description of the problem:

In recent ROSA Hypershift wizard definitions, all the private/public subnet ID references are replaced with private/Public subnet names. inline text changes needs to be updated accordingly.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch OCM UI staging.
2. Open ROSA wizard > Select control plane type as "Hosted".
3. Fill all required values in each step and reach to "Machine pool" step.
4. Review the text contents.

Actual results:

The text under machine pool step gives indication to user to choose private subnet ID but wizard currently refers public subnet name in all places.

Expected results:

The text refers to "private subnet ID" needs to be replaced with "private subnet name"
