Description of problem:

The VPC selection , machine pool creation requirements with private subnet id fields and selection are under machine pool step in wizard. However in the  "Review and create" page, it is indicated those definition as part of "Networking" step. This create confusions and we need to have those definitions as part of default machine pool step.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch OCM Staging.
2. Open ROSA wizard and select control plane type as "Hosted"
3. Proceed to next steps by providing all required values in each step.
4. Reach to "Review and create" step.
5. View the behavior of machine pool definitions.

Actual results:

In "Review and create" page, The machine pool definition i.e. AZ and private subnet values are mentioned under the "Networking" section although it belongs to machine pool step.
