      The new design shows whether an account has a contract or not

      A "contract" is a 12 month contract for cost savings.

       

      Acceptance Critera

      • Add "Contract enabled" inside of dropdown
      • If user selects AWS account with "Contract enabled", show info alert w/ tool tip showing Start date, End date, etc...
