      Back in HAC-2866 we made a change to stop linking to Quay, since the links weren't resolving properly, and there was ambiguity on how we could reference the right spot between their existing UI and the new UI they were building. Once they migrate to HAC, we should be able to offer a link again.

      Users have a way to view the images they built in RHTAP and are being stored in Quay
