1. Prepare an organization with feature toggle non-stable versions
2. Launch OSD creation wizard
3. Check the Version dropdown

Actual result:

It shows duplicate version for different channels

Expect result:

There should be a dropdown to show the channel if the dropdown only show raw_id

or

The dropdown should show the version id rather than version raw_id to distinguish the group_channels
