      As a follow-up of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/HAC-2535, we need to update the "Action required" modal.

      See the attached screenshots.

      • The modal content should be rephrased when the cluster uses a self-managed OIDC provider
      • For the instructions using the AWS cli, see also the "aws-download-zip-example" to see references to oidc-provider ARNs and to determine if these need to change for BYO-OIDC. Are backend changes needed?
