Description
In Hypershift ROSA cluster wizard, the compute node count definition under machine pool step didn't shown as multi-zone for the first time. Once user navigates to next step from machine pool and comes back to machine pool step , everything seems fine. This is wrong behavior and need to fix.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch OCM UI staging .
2. Open ROSA Cluster wizard.
3. Select the control plane as "Hosted" and move to next step.
4. Provide all required values in each step.
5. Reach to machine pool step.
6. View the compute node count definitions.

Actual results:

The compute node count definition under machine pool step didn't shown as multi-zone for the first time.

Expected results:

The compute node count definition under machine pool step should show as multi-zone i.e. the definition should be , Compute node count (per zone) and  N × 3 zones = 3N compute nodes.
