Acceptance Criteria

• it should display both the git import and samples flows
• it should auto generate the application name based on the git repo name
  • if an application with that name already exists, use the existing utilities to add an incremental number
• it should include the git options directly inline without an expandable
• it should enter the same form when performing the "add component" action
