      A new set of cluster Encryption fields has been identified and should be applied to both the OSD and Rosa cluster creation wizards.  This is just a rewording of the checkboxes.   The first disabled checkbox is just a visual reminder to user that 'etcd storage encryption' is applied by default -the first disabled checkbox doesn't need to be shown on Review screen or passed to final 'create cluster' call.

      Both wizards share /src/components/clusters/CreateOSDPage/CreateOSDWizard/ClusterSettingsScreen/ClusterSettingsScreen.jsx
