      • Call /api/clusters_mgmt/v1/versions/, and maybe "end_of_life_timestamp" > today (although backend isn't supposed to return items past end_of_life_timestamp).
      • dropdown should default to the current release default!!!
      • Pass cluster_version to 'create cluster' api call
