TaskRun steps are sequential although the shows an icon as if the step is running in parallel.

Furthermore the durations of the steps aren't accurate to start. The steps that have yet to start show a duration that seems to compute based on the time at which the task itself started. However that's inaccurate for individual steps. Once a step has completed, the duration is updated to a correct time.

Steps which have yet to start should show a pending icon along with a duration of `-` or blank.
