I might be jumping the gun here, but I think this one is a clear requirement and has been discussed at the sync meeting on Wednesday, and in some slack threads.

• Older slack thread introducing the idea
• Gist showing the output format. Note there can also be a 'warnings' key alongside 'violations' and 'successes', but that example doesn't have any warnings.
• Slack thread discussing yaml vs json.
• Older doc showing a `tkn... logs ... grep ... cut ...` command to extract the yaml.

Acceptance Criteria:

• UI front end can extract data from the enterprise contract task run logs so it's available for rendering reports, dashboards etc, (see DTUX-1501).
• Add a Security tab on pipelinerun details page that has enterprise contract task run
• add a list page under the security tab to list all the rules from the task run logs based on UX
