      After Phase 1 (HAC-334) has been setup, we need a way to host our work and test it more fully.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • CD Pipeline Setup
        • Deploy hac-core app on ConsoleDot
        • Deploy dynamic plugins for hac-core to consume
      • Have the ability to spin up an ephemeral env with deployed app/plugins
      • Provide a more filled SDK package
        • Have the ability for Plugins to contribute extensions for consumption on ConsoleDot
        • Common Components they might want to use
