Normal If CDQ detects a Dockerfile and the project type doesn't match one of the runtimes we support, the UI displays the `Other` option. Unfortunately if the user selects one of the pre-defined runtimes, they cannot go back to the `Other` option.
`Other` is also a confusing name without any description. HAS will only select the `Other` option if there is a Dockerfile. We could name this to `Dockerfile` instead.
