User story:

As a user, I want to see the OIDC configuration with my ROSA (including Hypershift) cluster information.

Acceptance criteria:

• For a ROSA cluster (including "classic" and hypershift), the following is shown on the cluster details page:
  • OIDC Configuration Type (value of "Managed" or "Customer")
  • OIDC Config ID
• Neither OIDC field is shown for a non-ROSA cluster.
