      Integration Test related features should be moved out of MVP feature flag
      Currently this should work with bundle support.

      1. The areas to be brought back includes IntegrationTest Tab, IntegrationTest List View, Details View, IntegrationTest related Application actions, IntegrationTest related nodes in different visualization.
      2. Investigate if any other area needs to brought back.
      3. As IntegrationTestsScenario CRs will be updated to use Git Repositories instead of bundles make sure all bundle related UI is conditionally rendered and nothing breaks
