User story:

Because I may enter subnets in the middle of the wizard (or making other changes), as a user I would like a refresh button next to subnet drop-downs so that I can see and add my newly added subnets.

Acceptance criteria:

• There is a method refresh next to each place where a user can enter a subnet so that update the drop-down options or subnets used for validation without refreshing the page (and preventing loss of entered data):
  • Hypershift Wizard: 
    • Networking/configuration - public subnet
    • Cluster settings / machine pools - private subnets (refresh button not added, VPC refresh on the page also refreshes the subnets ok'ed by Thi Le )
  • "Classic" ROSA wizard -  VPC step (dropdown not yet implemented, focus currently on Hypershift)
  • Hypershift Add machine pool - private subnets (dropdown not yet implemented https://issues.redhat.com/browse/HAC-4792)
