[ROSA Wizard][OSD Wizard] Enable "fuzzy" search for version drop down - ROSA and OSDv2

      User story:

      So that I can find the right version for my cluster, as a user, I want a search on the version drop-down.  

      Acceptance criteria:

      • Search on the drop-down will filter versions that are a fuzzy match (approximate) of what the user has input.
