As an user who wants to explore Stonesoup MVP, I expect to be able to easily subscribe to the right places for communication.

However, that is no the case for neither internal not external users:

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Go to staging cluster https://console.dev.redhat.com/hac/stonesoup
2. Click on Join the Waitlist button
3. Check the banner

There are two problems:

1. The #software-supply-chain-security is a channel valid for external users, not internal users (for internal ones we have #stone-users
2. The link does not link directly to the room, so users need to join manually

Both significantly impacts our ability to get feedback from customer, hence marking as critical.
