User story:

So that I can pick the right version for my cluster, as a user, I want a drop-down that easily lets me find the wanted version.  This drop-down shall allow me to search, mark versions that aren't supported by my ARNs, mark versions that are in Full support, and mark versions that are in maintenance support.

Acceptance criteria:

• Versions that are generally available, but not supported by selected ARNs are disabled
• Versions that are generally available and are supported by my ARNs can be selected
• Versions that are in full support are marked
• Versions that are in maintenance support are marked
• Users can only select a single version
• The version search will use "fuzzy" (approximate string matching) search (follow up story)
