Description

Cluster history tab is missing for archived Hypershift ROSA cluster. The cluster history tab with history details shown for other archived clusters including ROSA classic , OSD.

 Always

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Hypershift ROSA cluster via CLI.
2. Lanuch OCM UI in staging.
3. Delete the cluster.
4. After successful deletion, Go to the Cluster archives page.
5. Open previously deleted cluster.
6. See the page 

Actual results:

Cluster history tab is missing for archived Hypershift ROSA cluster.

Expected results:

Cluster history tab with history records should be visible for archived Hypershift ROSA cluster.
