When a plugin developer or an app wants to contribute extensions, they use a console-extensions.json file. This is singular and blocky. If there are thousands of lines, it will be unruly to maintain. We should support a dev-defined option to bundling.

Acceptance Criteria

• Support a bundle option to allow plugins/apps to select what extension file(s) / name(s) they want
• Should have a default of `console-extensions.json` if not defined
