      steps to reproduce

      1. log in to OCM UI
      2. navigate to the OSD cluster creation wizard
      3. within the wizard navigate "next", filling default values, until reaching the Cluster Settings / Details step
      4. focus the Cluster Name field by clicking it
      5. blur out of the field
      6. focus back into the field

      expected result

      all validation items shown in the tooltip should show failure status icons.

      actual result

      (after blurring out and focusing back) the last validation item, pertaining to cluster name availability, shows a success status icon.
