Description

Under the https://qaprodauth.console.redhat.com/openshift/install/platform-agnostic page, install cards has doc link related to non tested platforms. On clicking the "non tested platform" link , the new tab has opened with respective documentation but the original page has taken to the install details page. This behavior is wrong i.e original page has to be in the install card page. It looks like a click action on the link also creates a click action in the card which results in the wrong behavior.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to  https://qaprodauth.console.redhat.com/openshift/install/platform-agnostic
2. In the install cards, Click on the doc link "non-tested platforms".
3. See the behavior of pages.

Actual results:
On clicking the doc link "non-tested platforms" from install cards, the doc link was opened in new tab as expected. But it has also redirected the original page (the page where the user clicks the link) to install details and which is wrong.

Expected results:
On clicking the doc link "non-tested platforms" from install cards, 

1. The doc link  should open in a new tab.
2.  The Original page (the page where the user clicks the link) should stay in the install card page and no page redirection should happen in this case.
