Description

After installing the Hypershift ROSA cluster, The records under cluster history tab for the hypershift ROSA cluster, didn't give any indication or entry that helps users to see the installation status, installation timestamp etc. Usually after the standalone ROSA cluster creation, the cluster history record shows "Cluster registered successfully" with a timestamp and user information.
We would expect the same in the case of the Hypershift ROSA cluster.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Hypershift ROSA cluster.( use CLI)
2. Once installation is successful, Launch OCM.
3. Find and open the newly installed cluster from the cluster list.
4. Go to the "Cluster history" tab and view the cluster history records.
5. Check the presence of cluster installation status.

Actual results:
After successful installation of Hypershift ROSA cluster, Cluster history tab didn't have any record or entry that helps users to see the installation status, installation timestamp etc

Expected results:
Cluster history tab should give any entry or record that helps users to see the hypershift ROSA installation status, installation timestamp etc.
