After creating a Hypershift cluster via the CLI and immediately going to the Cluster Details page (via the Cluster list), the modal popup for the ‘rosa manual’ mode actions required was shown. The progress stepper stopped was stopped, waiting at OIDC creation step.

After some time, the popup went away and the progress stepper continued to cluster installation.

This was found as part of the Hypershift Hac Hours on 1/28/2023

NOTES: This is most likely due to bring your own OIDC being required by Hypershift clusters.
