      Investigate and document if / how the team could use GitLab review-apps for live app previews.

      • It is hoped that GitLab Review apps would allow QE to Review an MR BEFORE merging into staging.
      • Do we need to merge/is this dependent on our Cypress+GitLab CI MR?  Where we started a `.gitlab-ci.yml` file?
