      Taking the proxy out of the OpenShift Console backend and putting it into a golang library will allow us to share the effort between OpenShift Console and Console Dot

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Copy the effort from OpenShift Console around proxying
      • Create a new repo & add the go code
      • Package it up as a golang library
      • Replace OpenShift Console code with the golang library
