Left navigation menu items do not show up

      When accessing https://console.dev.redhat.com/hac/stonesoup, the left navigation pane shows grey loading animation and no menu items show up.

      Note the browser console shows the below error:
      Unexpected token '<', "<!DOCTYPE "... is not valid JSON"
