Import wizard steps do not work when clicked

      The Import wizard steps do not switch to the correct step when clicked and snap back to the last step.

      Steps:

      • Navigate to Import page
      • Enter app name & click next
      • Try to go back to previous step by clicking on it in the top right corner

      Expected behavior:
      Wizard should navigate to the clicked step
